Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Khavo (the “Service”), operated by the Khavo team (“Khavo”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Account & access

You must provide a working email address to receive a magic-link sign-in. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your inbox and for activity that occurs under your account.

2. The Service

Khavo generates strategy outputs (concepts, scripts, shot plans) for creator-led shoppable video content. Outputs are AI-generated recommendations. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with the policies of any platform on which you publish.

3. Subscriptions, top-ups & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the rate displayed at checkout. Top-ups (Additional Strategy Runs) are one-time charges. Pricing may be updated for future billing periods on reasonable notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Trial

Khavo offers a two (2) day card-backed trial when you start a paid plan. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Your card is not charged during the trial period; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan begins billing automatically at the displayed rate. You can cancel at any time from your Account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying prompts, (b) use the Service to generate content that violates applicable law or platform policies, (c) resell or rebrand Service outputs as a competing strategist product, or (d) abuse the Service to circumvent usage limits.

6. Intellectual property

Khavo retains all rights to the Service, including its underlying models, prompts, scoring systems, and software. You retain rights to the products you input and to the videos you film and publish based on Service outputs. You grant Khavo a limited license to process inputs solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is.” Khavo does not warrant that any specific output will result in views, conversions, sales, or any business outcome. Performance of short-form content depends on many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khavo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Khavo’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or expose Khavo to legal risk.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
