Subscriptions
Khavo subscriptions (Core and Pro) renew monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access through the end of that period and will not be charged again.
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partially-used billing periods, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
Additional Strategy Runs (top-ups)
Top-ups ($0.99 per Additional Strategy Run) are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. Unused top-up runs expire at the next daily reset and are not refunded on cancellation.
Errors & outages
If a Strategy Run fails before producing output, no run is consumed against your daily allocation. If you believe you were billed in error or experienced a defect that we did not address, contact hello@getkhavo.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including (where applicable) the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal.
